Portman Dentex came to us at an interesting moment. Following a significant merger, they needed to show up at three major dental industry events with a presence that said clearly and confidently: this is a new chapter. A unified group. A market leader.
The challenge with a multi-show programme is always the same. How do you maintain a premium, consistent brand experience across different venues, different footprints and different audiences, without the budget spiralling or the quality slipping between events?
The answer is in the thinking you do before the first panel goes up.
We developed a modular stand design built around clean architectural lines and premium finishes that felt considered rather than constructed. The modularity was the engine underneath: flexible enough to adapt to ExCeL in London and Manchester Central without losing anything in the translation, smart enough to be reconfigured for each venue's specific requirements.
Every stand included space for live demonstrations, private meeting areas and visitor engagement zones, because Portman Dentex needed their team to have proper conversations at every show, not just a backdrop to stand in front of.
Project management across three events, two cities and a busy dental show calendar meant there was no margin for loose ends. Everything ran to schedule. Everything looked exactly as it should.
Portman Dentex arrived at each show with a presence that reflected where the group was going. Premium, purposeful and completely consistent.
