Four Years. Two Cities. One Consistent Standard.
When a client comes back to you four years in a row, something is working. Galaxy Gaming first partnered with Oaken for ICE in 2023. They came back in 2024. And when ICE moved from London to Barcelona in 2025, bringing an entirely new venue, new logistics and a different scale of complexity, they came back again.
That kind of relationship is built on more than a good first stand.
Galaxy Gaming needed a presence at ICE that reflected where the business was going, not just where it had been. Each year the brief evolved. The brand was growing, the product range was developing and the expectations were rising. Our job was to keep pace with that, designing stands that felt fresh and current while maintaining the consistency that makes a brand recognisable across multiple years on the same show floor.
For the move to Barcelona in 2025 we introduced a refreshed design more closely aligned with Galaxy's evolving visual identity. High visibility from across the floor. Interactive product zones that gave casino operators a proper hands-on experience. Hospitality space built for the kind of longer conversations that actually move a commercial relationship forward.
Behind every stand, the detail was meticulous. Logistics, live build, onsite coordination, the hundred small decisions that never reach the client because we make them so they don't have to. That is the job.
Galaxy Gaming's presence at ICE has grown stronger every year. The stands have worked harder every year. And the partnership has deepened every year.
